As Digital Account Executive at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), your role is to coordinate and execute digital projects in partnership with the Account Service and Creative Teams, for a range of leading luxury brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责

  • Support the Account Manager and project team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction through communication and participation in client meetings

协助客户经理和项目团队,通过日常沟通和参与客户会议,以确保客户满意度

  • Coordinate and carry out daily operation of social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED and other mainstream social media platforms), helping to facilitate on-time delivery

协调团队并执行社交媒体平台日常运营(包括微信、微博、小红书等主流社交媒体平台),确保工作可以按时交付

  • Accurately understand clients’ requirement and feedback, and effectively communicate to the internal Creative Team to ensure efficient communication between the two parties 

准确理解客户的要求和反馈并有效传达给到创意团队,确保客户和创意两方能有效沟通

  • Keep up to date on changing digital landscape as it pertains to client digital activities, and paying attention to the Internet Ads Compliance Guidelines

密切关注与客户数字营销活动相关的数字营销格局的变化,时刻关注广告法动态

  • Skilled use of PPT, Excel and other tools to create and maintain databases and digital marketing performance tables, tracking, recording and reporting changes in client’s competitive landscape

熟练运用PPT以及Excel等工具创建并维护数据库和数字营销业绩表,跟踪、记录、并汇报客户行业内竞争格局的动向

  • Creation of client presentations and reports to best equip the Account Service Team for client meetings

协助客户服务团队为客户会议准备相关提案及报告

  • Assist in community management on social platforms, spotting and solving emerging problems in a timely manner

协助管理社交媒体后台的粉丝留言互动,及时发现并解决突发问题

 

QUALIFICATIONS
任职要求

  • Relevant agency ‘s internship experience, ideally with digital focus

有相关实习经验,数字营销领域最佳

  • Ability to understand client brief and feedback on content posting, and clearly brief the requirement and feedback to the creative team

能够理解客户关于账号内容发布的要求和反馈,并能够清晰地将客户的要求和反馈传达给内部创意团队

  • Familiar with third-party social media design layout software (Xiumi, E2, etc.)

熟练使用社交媒体后台排版软件,如秀米、E2等

  • Fluency in Chinese, proficiency in English, particularly written

中文流利,熟练的英文能力,尤其是书面表达能力

  • Passion for and fundamental knowledge of the Chinese luxury industry and digital ecosystem

对中国奢侈品行业和数字营销领域有基本认知

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

熟练使用微软办公软件,包括Excel、PowerPoint、Word和Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail, basic data analysis ability

注重细节,有基础的数据分析能力

  • Self-organised and strong interpersonal skills

自我组织能力和较强的人际交往能力
